Responsibilities
- Manage HoD and section leads' schedules, including calendar management, appointment arrangements, and meeting room reservations.
- Assist HoD and section leads with expense claims using internal systems.
- Manage purchasing of goods and software licenses for department use.
- Support new hire mobilization, coordinating paperwork and documentation for visa/ticketing/accommodation with the travel admin team.
- Coordinate team event planning and execution, including communication, attendance confirmation, reservations, logistics arrangement, and expense claims.
- Organize internal marketing events, such as Digital Townhall and product sharing sessions, handling announcements, Team event setup, and on-the-day operational support.
- Managed internal marketing communication as Public Relations, including sending communication emails, configuring Netpresenter, updating the SharePoint-based intranet site, and coordinating with Public Relations in other entities.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth department operations and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Responsible for promoting the department's image and achievements within the organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of department admin experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications; especially in Outlook and Teams.
- Strong interest in the Digital/IT area.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
