Responsibilities
  • Manage HoD and section leads' schedules, including calendar management, appointment arrangements, and meeting room reservations.
  • Assist HoD and section leads with expense claims using internal systems.
  • Manage purchasing of goods and software licenses for department use.
  • Support new hire mobilization, coordinating paperwork and documentation for visa/ticketing/accommodation with the travel admin team.
  • Coordinate team event planning and execution, including communication, attendance confirmation, reservations, logistics arrangement, and expense claims.
  • Organize internal marketing events, such as Digital Townhall and product sharing sessions, handling announcements, Team event setup, and on-the-day operational support.
  • Managed internal marketing communication as Public Relations, including sending communication emails, configuring Netpresenter, updating the SharePoint-based intranet site, and coordinating with Public Relations in other entities.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth department operations and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Responsible for promoting the department's image and achievements within the organization.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of department admin experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications; especially in Outlook and Teams.
  • Strong interest in the Digital/IT area.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
