Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Vessels and Manning agents on crew relief plans. Prepare and update 90 days planner.
  • Facilitate approval/acceptance of proposed Rating excluding Petty Officer from manning offices.
  • Verify and check invoices and disbursements excluding travel invoices.
  • Assist DGM, Manager on ad-hoc projects and other collateral duties that are sanctioned by the management.
  • Perform Japanese Seafarer’s related task if allocated.
  • Verify sea personnel candidates’ qualifications and documents.
  • Ensures all crew joining and sailing the ships are complying with the training and certification.
  • Liaise with Manning agents on Flag State documentation requirements.
  • Monitor the validity of documents and licenses of officers and crew.
  • Coordinate with Vessels, Manning agents and Crew handling agents on crew change activities.
  • Inform and obtain approval of the candidate from the owner if required.
  • Update and maintain crew list and sea staff records, crew matrix for tanker vessel.
  • Coordinates officer’s briefings, either through the video/audio-link system.
  • Verify various invoices from a port agent and SGA (Statement of General Expense).
  • Arrange CTM.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Min with 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Nearest MRT HarbourFront.
