  • Responsible for onboarding tasks, create new hire profile in HR GPS.
  • Conduct weekly orientation programme.
  • Responsible for timely creation, and maintenance of employee record, which include information changes in HRIS system such as promotions, terminations and transfers.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all employee data in both HRIS and ancillary systems.
  • Responsible for employee documentation in HR Shared Drive, including contracts, amendments, and any other elements relevant to the employee lifecycle.
  • Responsible for issuance and follow-up of confirmation letters, fixed term renewal contracts, and conversion letters.
  • Manage work pass process, which include application, renewal and cancellation of work pass and dependent pass for both permanent and fixed term.
  • Manage exit process for offboarding employees, (eg includes providing balance leave for encashment, flex benefits balance, contract completion or other types of bonus amount to payroll.
  • Responsible for manning People Services mailbox, which includes directing queries to relevant parties, and respond to Operations related queries.
  • Manage insurance matters, such as new hires and dependents enrolment, resignees removal from AON Care portal, attend to employees enquiries, and liaise with broker on any related matters.
  • Min 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with collaborative mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Able to multi-task, with an eye for details.
  • Preferably has work experience with HRIS Prosoft or other HRIS system.
