  • Responsible for payroll data accuracy, acting as second level check for personal data in HRIS system.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data to external payroll vendor for monthly processing.
  • Ensure tax clearance for resigned employee and yearly IR8A declaration is submitted to IRAS timely.
  • Responsible for all statutory declaration submission such as CPF, as well as claims from statutory bodies such as government-paid family leave claim, NSmen payment claim.
  • Assist to ensure timely issuance of confirmation letters.
  • Assist to ensure timely payment of contract completion bonus, and timely issuance of contract renewal and conversion letters for fixed term contracts.
  • Verify invoices from benefits vendor such as Raffles Medical.
  • Assist to work on process improvement to improve employee experience.
  • Any other People Operations related task that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience
  • Preferably with 5 or more years of Payroll processing experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, with collaborative mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
  • Able to┬ámulti-task, with an eye for details
  • Preferably has work experience with HRIS Prosoft or other HRIS system
