Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure smooth operation and maintenance facilities, mechanical & electrical services for clients.
• Provide supervision to site staff and contractors in planning, coordination and execution of service project to ensure on time delivery and in accordance with procedures.
• Responsible for supervision of contracts management, procurement and vendor management, finance management, etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management with at least 3 years in a managerial role
