Responsibilities
  • To deliver an exceptionally high standard of customer service to prospects and existing clients
  • Contribute to the Customer Relations Management team by providing support on pre and post-sales related enquiries (promotions, products and service) through various customer touch-points (calls, emails and website enquiries).
  • Assist the Line Manager to maintain customer service excellence related activities/programs or projects
  • Resolve customer feedback/complaint through excellent service recovery, promoting customer satisfaction.
  • Instil customer loyalty and retention through the company retention programs and outbound service calls
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time
 
Requirements
  • Diploma with minimum 1year Customer Service / Telemarketing experience
  • Passion for service and possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Candidate with email writing skills will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision, meticulous and organized
  • Team player with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer skills; Microsoft Office
