Responsibilities
- Conducts regular inspections of office premise.
- Report on defects and recommend appropriate rectification.
- Arrange routine maintenance and urgent repair works.
- Ensure that the contractors fulfill their obligations as per regulatory requirement, schedule and service agreements.
- Ensure all facilities maintenance works are carried out with least disruption to business operation with appropriate action plan and safety concern.
- Monitors the housekeeping service and ensures that cleaners perform their work accordingly.
- Manages the access card system, work-desk allocation, key registry and staff photo directory.
- Sources, evaluates and appoint service provider.
- Reviews service standard of panel contractors/vendors periodically and analyze latest market pricing trend to negotiate for better rates & terms.
- Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Assists in other admin related duties/projects as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Facility Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Basic knowledge of building fire safety & risk assessment.
