Responsibilities
• Provide front desk service including answering all incoming telephone calls and receiving visitors.
• Attend to visitors and ensure tidiness of the meeting rooms and reception area at all times.
• Record inbound and outbound mails and courier packages.
• Collect and distribute incoming mails/faxes to respective departments.
• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
